Day 01 Australia/Beijing
We fly from Australia to Beijing via Qantas Airways flight QF 129 (1055/1830) and flight QF4009(2115/2345). Arrive in Beijing, the dynamic capital of the People's Republic of China. Once the imperial city of Mongol, Ming and Manchu emperors, Beijing today is still extraordinarily rich in historical sites and cultural relics. After clearing government formalities, you’re greeted by your local guide and transfer to your hotel.

Day 02 Beijing (B/L/D)
Tour starting with the Tian'anmen Square, the biggest public square in the world and Forbidden City, the vast complex of palaces, which was home to successive Emperors for more than 500 years. In the afternoon, tour to the Temple of Heaven, the 500 year old Temple houses altars on which sacrifices and offerings were laid to the gods in a glorious setting of gardens, tress and sculptures. For dinner enjoy a traditional Beijing Duck welcoming banquet.

Day 03 Beijing (B/L)
Morning tour to the Great Wall, stretching almost 4,000 miles from the Pacific Ocean to the sands of Central Asia and befittingly crowned one of the seven wonders of the world. Along the way, you will stop at a jade carving factory where you can watch artisans at work. Continue to visit the Summer Palace, the largest and the best preserved of all imperial palace gardens, which boasts such delights as the famous Marble Boat and the ornately painted 'Long Corridor'. Dinner will be on your own arrangement.

Optional Tour - The Legend of Kung Fu: An entertaining and lively performance relates the tale of an adventurous young monk seeking enlightenment. A classic legend of spiritual growth, the theme is universal and the performance a colorful extravaganza of lights, dance and amazing Kung Fu feats.

Day 04 Beijing/Xi’an (B/L/D)
In the morning, transferred to the airport for a flight to Xi’an. Upon arrival you will be met & transferred, and to visit Big Wild Goose Pagoda and Old City Wall, which was constructed 600 years ago.

Day 05 Xi’an (B/L/D)
Morning, tour to the greatest archaeological discovery of the century, more than 2,000 year-old Terracotta Warriors interred with the Emperor Qin Shi Huang. Included are the Circle Vision Movie and Bronze Chariot. Afternoon, we visit the Shaanxi History Museum. Have sumptuous dumpling dinner, and enjoy a traditional Tang Dynasty show after dinner.

Day 06 Xi’an/Hangzhou (B/L/D)
Catch a morning flight to Hangzhou, the city known as “the most beautiful city in the world” by Marco Polo. Upon arrival, we visit to Lingyin Temple, which is among the ten most famous Buddhist temples in China and has a history of over 1000 years.

Day 07 Hangzhou-Shaoxing-Wuzhen (B/L/D)
Morning, you will take a short cruise tour on the West Lake, where you would surely appreciate the fabled scenery such as “Broken Bridge” “Autumn Moon over the Calm Lake” and “Three Pools mirroring the Moon”. Afternoon board a coach to Shaoxing, which is a well-known water-town lying to the south of the Yangtze Delta and in the north of the centrally located Zhejiang Province. Shaoxing boasts an atmosphere rich in culture. Many famous literary figures and scholars in Chinese history were born or settled here. Some of their former residences remain and continue to tell people of the lives of these outstanding figures. Afterwards, continue our ride to Wuzhen via Hangzhou Bay Bridge. Enjoy local Water Town Banquet.

Day 08 Wuzhen-Shanghai (B/L/D)
After breakfast visits the typical Jiangnan water town- Wuzhen. The ancient docks, waterside pavilions, and corridors stretch out for miles and erect a romantic atmosphere. Then, we continue our ride to metropolitan Shanghai, Asia’s most amazing modern city, with its soaring skyline dwarfing the grand colonial structures

Day 09 Shanghai (B/L)
Morning tour to the Bund, a popular promenade along the Huangpu River, where the old meets the modern in Shanghai, then to the Old Town with its winding alleyways, lined with shops, teahouses and restaurants, and to the elegant and tranquil Yu Garden. After lunch, we tour a Silk Spinning Mill. Then, visit the Shanghai Xintiandi, which is a new tourist attraction in downtown Shanghai, featuring the city's unique "Shikumen" houses and a maze of narrow alleys, which have been converted into specialist F & B, retail, entertainment and cultural facilities. Dinner will be on your own arrangement.

Day 10 Shanghai/Sydney (B)
Free at leisure for last minute shopping or further explore this booming city on your own pace prior to transfer to the airport for your flight QF130(2020/1020+1) back home.
