For the group visa process:
  • Document Request: Copy of passport (photo page only) and fill out above “Chinese visa Application Form”, send to email address: visa@chinatravel.com.au . Please make sure the passport valid at least 6 months from the departure date.

  • Processing date: Normally visa processing takes 7 to 10 working days. The Visa will be send back by courier/mail.
